DATE : 22 FEBRUARY 2022 P.C. :- In the Writ Petition, the Petitioners have taken a stand that they are not seeking a relief against Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal but against Zilla Parishads Sangli and Ratnagiri. By order passed today in the Writ Petition, this stand is recorded. 2.

In view of this position and the fact that Zilla Parishad Yavatmal is in fact would be supporting the Petitioners in their changed stand, we do not find it necessary to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction.
