DATE : 07/12/2020 This appeal was disposed of by this Court as withdrawn vide order dated 13/04/2016. The predecessor in title, Mahadeo was the original claimant. Present respondent No.5 was described as, Manish Mahadeo Khiratkar. There are two mistakes. One is; respondent No.5 is the daughter and her name is "Manisha" but she is described as Manish S/o Mahadeo Khiratkar. In fact she is married and her name is "Manisha Vinod Dhakane." She has filed a copy of Aadhar Card and Leaving Certificate. This mistake was realized at the time of withdrawal of the amount. Hence directions are as follows.

Nazar is directed to transfer the amount.
