Learned Counsel Mr. Shinde for the appellant submitted that the appellant has preferred this appeal against the order passed by the Special Court rejecting the anticipatory bail application. However, now charge-sheet is filed and appellant has applied for bail after his arrest therefore, the present appeal became infructuous. In view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
