The appellant failed to deposit the amount within stipulated time, hence, the present application is filed seeking permission to deposit the amount. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant shall deposit cheque within one week.

Upon depositing amount, the impugned judgment and award dated 1-9-2023 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 1064/2016 shall stand stayed until further orders. First Appeal No. 1207 of 2023 Re-issue notice to respondent no. 4, returnable in four weeks.
