11/07/ The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the appeal is already disposed of vide order dated 16/02/2017 and it was held that the claimants are entitled for compensation at the rate of Rs.1,05,000/- per acre for the acquired land. In view thereof, the respondent No.2 is permitted to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.42,22,826/-.

Registry is directed to accept the same.
