This is an application for condonation of delay in filing first appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 20th January, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No. 496 of 2017. 3.

As the reasons stated in the application, more particularly in paragraphs 4 to 6 are found to be satisfactory and sufficient to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
