2] S/Shri Joshi and Kalangiwale, learned Advocates, jointly make a statement that the matter has been settled out of Court, and that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.6,35,737/- (rupees six lakh thirty five thousand seven hundred and thirty seven) to respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today and respondent No.1 waives interest on the said amount.

3] Given the aforesaid statement, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant Writ Petition. The same is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
