Having regard to the nature of allegations made against this applicant and also the fact that now the chargesheet has been filed, I am of the view that the applicant should be enlarged on bail.

Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 68/2018 registered with Police Station, Jaripatka, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code upon his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 30,000/- together with one solvent surety, on the following conditions : (1) Applicant shall change his residence and stay at least 50 kms away from Bezonbag, Jaripatka area of Nagpur and shall not enter the city limits of Nagpur except on the dates fixed in the trial and shall leave the city of Nagpur after 6.00 pm of the dates fixed in the sessions case, till the trial is over.

(2) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in

(3) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
