Shri Ambilwade, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection, however, considering the delay, the civil applications are allowed at the cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. The legal heirs of the appellant be brought on record by 29/09/2022.

List the matter on 03/10/2022, as the learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter is already settled between the parties.
