The petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by the rejection of his parole leave of 30 days applied by the petitioner due to death of his grand mother and uncle.

The leave came to be rejected by impugned order dated 23.3.2015.

Heard learned counsel for both the sides. We find no substance in the petition having considering the fact that grand mother of petitioner namely Smt. Nalini Jadhav expired on 21.3.2015 and the parole leave was claimed for the purpose of performing last rites after her death. Considering the lapse of time, petition becomes infrucutous. In that view of the matter, we make the following order.

ORDER.

1.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 293/2015 is summarily dismissed. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
