The learned Government Pleader has pointed out that the prayers in the petition are to protect the rights of the weaker section and street vendors under Articles 38, 41 and 43 of the Constitution of India in wake of Section 12 of the

Out attention is already drawn to the Annexure P-1. It is a request made by the large number of persons shown as hawkers to the petitioner to rehabilitate them. 5.
In the situation, we grant leave to the petitioner to file fresh petition on the same cause with necessary details. With this liberty, petition is disposed of.
