The petitioner is in open prison.

The furlough leave granted vide order dated 27/02/2025 is not given effect as the petitioner has failed to furnish the surety. 4.

The petitioner has earlier availed the prison leave and has surrendered within time.

Considering the conduct and the fact that the petitioner is in open prison, we deem it appropriate to relax the condition of furnishng the surety and the petitioner be released on executing his personal bond.

The Writ Petition is allowed in above terms and disposed of accordingly.
