Heard Shri D.V. Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional GP for the respondent nos.1 and 2, who appears by waiving notice. There is no need to issue notice to respondent no.3, as limited prayer relates to

wp2021.21 directions to respondent no.2.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The Collector Amravati has prepared report on 23.1.2019. It is the grievance of the petitioner that this report has not been sent by the Collector to the State of Maharashtra Urban Development Department, Mumbai. Presently, it is not known as to whether the grievance, so raised, is realistic or not. But, considering the nature of the prayer, we are of the view that this petition can be partly allowed by issuing appropriate directions to respondent no.2. The petition is partly allowed.

We direct respondent no.2 to send his report dated 23.1.2019, if he has prepared it to the respondent no.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, Mumbai, if he has not sent to respondent no.1, within four weeks from the date of the order.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
