At this juncture, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks for withdrawal with liberty to apply a fresh after receipt of DNA report or after recording the evidence of the victim.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial, and if possible, to record the evidence of the victim at first.
