Despite there being order dated 7th October 2022 condoning the delay, subject to costs of Rs. 3000/- to be paid within four weeks, the applicants have not paid the same to the non-applicants and, therefore, the delay in filing restoration application could not be condoned. Thus, a casual approach continues.

Mr. Gawali, the learned counsel submits that the costs will be paid today itself. Time granted. If the costs is not paid today and the proof is not furnished to the Registry of this Court, the application seeking restoration of appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
