In pursuance of the orders dated 28.6.2016 the respondent no.3 has passed an order thereby protecting the services of the petitioner in the earlier employment and also granting continuity in service.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the new G.P.F. account of the petitioner would be opened within a period of four weeks from today and the amount standing to the credit of the earlier G.P.F. account of the petitioner would be transferred to the new account.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of the petition is served. The petition is disposed of as such. Judge Judge J.
