DATE : 24/4/2019 Heard Shri Wankhade, learned counsel for the applicant. He has submitted that applicant is in jail from 27.09.2018. Investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is filed. Further detention of the applicant is not necessary, therefore, prayed for grant of bail.

Shri Gangane, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has strongly objected the present application. He has pointed out the statement of Suresh Devrao Khandare. From his statement, it appears that deceased committed suicide. The statement itself shows that because of frequent quarrels between applicant and deceased, deceased had committeed suicide.

Investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is filed. Hence, the following order.

Criminal Application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on his executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount on the following conditions. (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

(c) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trail Court without prior permission.
