This is an application made by respondent Nos.1 to 5 for withdrawal of amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited in this Court.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are allowed to withdraw Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lacs only) out of the balance deposited amount with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

Respondent No. 1(a), who is constituted attorney for the rest of the respondents, is allowed to withdraw the amount for himself and on behalf of remaining respondents. 5.
