WRIT PETITION NO. 3825/2019 The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the recent affidavit of the respondent - Collector, he be granted time to place on record any alternate land which is available to be distributed in favour of the petitioner, he being an ex-serviceman. 2.

Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel seeks time of three weeks.
