By this application, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant. As per order dated 17.02.2023, at the request of the respondent Nos.2 to 5, they are permitted to withdraw the amount through their Power of Attorney respondent No.1. Subsequently, all the respondent Nos.2 to 5 published public notice and revoked the Power of Attorney which was executed in favour of the respondent No.1.

In view of that respondent Nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw the amount as per their equal shares.

Registry shall disburse the amount as per shares of the respondent Nos.1 to 5 on their due identification and verification.
