Heard.

Perused the report of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur. It appears that now the charge has been framed and, therefore, the trial can be concluded expeditiously.

Accordingly, it is directed that the trial of the case shall be concluded in accordance with the law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from the date of receipt of this order by the learned Additional Session Judge. It is further directed that the jail authorities with the help of the concerned Police Station shall without fail produce the accused persons before the trial Court on each of the dates fixed by the trial Court for their appearance and in case it is not possible for the jail authorities to produce

ba.238.18 2/2 physically the accused persons before the trial Court, it shall be ensured by the jail authorities that the nonproduction of the accused persons before the trial Court does not affect the conduct of the trial and that the trial is conducted by making available Video Conferencing facility at the jail.

Learned Principal District Judge shall also take necessary steps in the matter. Copy of the order be forwarded to the learned Principal Distract Judge, Chandrapur; Superintendent of Police, Chandrapur; Jail Superintendent, Chandrapur in addition to the concerned Sessions Court.

Registrar (Judicial) to do needful in the matter.
