The appellant/Insurance Company had challenged the judgment and award passed by Claims Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No.88/2012. During the pendency of the appeal, the Insurance Company had deposited the amount as per the award.

By order dated 15th June, 2018, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 were permitted to withdraw the amount. The respondent Nos.1 to 4 have sought leave to withdraw the balance amount deposited by the Insurance Company. Since the appeal is disposed of, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the said amount. 3.

The Claims Tribunal to disburse the amount along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon in compliance with the judgment and award dated 25th January, 2017 in M.A.C.P. No.88/2012. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
