"It is informed by learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 that Mr. Borkar expired during the period of covid and the another counsel engaged by the applicant is also not appearing since lase three dates.

If on next date the learned counsel for the appellant fails to appear the matter will be dismissed for want of prosecution."
