These applications for condonation of delay filed by the applicant/appellant Insurance Company arise from the same incident and, therefore, the applications are taken together. By these applications, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing the accompanying appeals. Notice was issued in these applications and the respondents have been served. The respondents (claimants) are represented through counsel before this Court.
For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the delay is condoned.
