We grant permission to "Lokmat Foundation" to donate amount of Rs.71.00 lacs to the Army Central Welfare Fund for the purpose of construction project to be undertaken by the Indian Army for improvement of living conditions of troops posted at the Kargil Memorial subject to the condition that the plaque to be installed at Kargil War Memorial in acknowledgement of donation made by the "Lokmat Foundation" shall state the following details on the plaque, "The contribution is made by the Lokamat Foundation on behalf of the members of public from the funds collected by it from the members of the public". 3.
As regards seeking of permission for repaying loan obtained from Lokmat Media Private Limited, we grant liberty to respondent No.1 seeking such permission in accordance with law from the Charity Commissioner in terms of provisions made in .....2/-

Stand over after eight weeks.

Respondent No.1 shall file an affidavit together with photograph of plaque thereby showing compliance with the condition imposed by this order on or before the next date. 6.
