Heard.

Perused the reply of the prosecution and the F.I.R. filed in the present case.

Necessary seizures have already been made. The applicant is in jail since 4th February, 2018. There are four criminal cases for similar offences, which are pending against the applicant. However, this being an application for grant of regular bail, I do not think that pendency of those criminal cases at least for the purpose of such an application would come in the way of the applicant. In any case, the applicant can be put to stringent terms because of pendency of criminal cases.

In view of the above, I am inclined to grant this application. The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

i.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 04:00 p.m. and

ba.239.18 2/2 06:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.

ii. The applicant shall not involve himself in any criminal activities and if it is found that fresh criminal case/s is/are registered against the applicant, the bail so granted by this Court shall liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.

iii. The applicant shall maintain peace and good behaviour.

iv. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses, in any manner.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. JUDGE *sdw
