We find that similar grievance raised by the Assistant Teachers in the matter of the Transfer Policy dated 07.04.2021 has been decided by the judgment dated 11.04.2023 in Writ Petition No. 1560 of 2023 alongwith connected writ petitions [Liladhar Shamrao Pimpalshende & Others Versus The State of Maharashtra & Another]. Hence for the reasons contained in the aforesaid judgment, the parties shall act in accordance with paragraphs 18 to 20 of the said judgment. The Committee shall decide the application made by the petitioner on 27.02.2023 at the earliest and the decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
