By this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 17.02.2021 and show cause notice dated 19.01.2021 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-2, Amravati.

(2) Admittedly against this order of externment, appeal is provided. When this particular fact is made known to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel submits that she will withdraw the present writ petition in order to avail the remedy of statutory appeal. She further submits that the petitioner is protected by this Court by way of interim order dated 09.04.2021. In that view of the matter, we pass the following order:

ORDER

(a) The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority.

(b) Interim order dated 09.04.2021 shall be in operation for next 15 days from today and on expiry of 15 days, the interim order shall cease to operate automatically. JUDGE JUDGE Wagh
