04.01.2024 By the present application, the applicant is seeking to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 02.08.2019 passed in Land Acquisition Case No.19/2013. Learned counsel for the non applicants have no objection if the delay is condoned.
In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed, as prayed for. The appeal be registered and processed as per the rules.
First Appeal Stamp No. 5515/2021 Heard.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.02.2023.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 3 and 4, waive service of notice.
