This is an application for grant of bail. One of the ground raised is delay in trial.

Learned APP informed that now the trial is on the verge of the commencement. The witness summonses are already issued and matter is listed on 24/04/2025. 4.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if trial is not concluded.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
