, Scheduled Tribe. We are informed that the petitioner's real brother holds a validity certificate. The respondent-Committee is informed to have already heard the matter of the petitioner, however the order is awaited.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent-Committee submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be decided by the Committee within a period of six months.

Be that as it may, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondentCommittee with his written notes of arguments on 29-1-2024. The Committee shall thereafter afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and decide the claim by 31-3-2024.
