Considering the fact that the issue in this appeal is covered by the Judgments of this Court in First Appeal No.355 of 2018 (Ramrao Masaji Dantalwad Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.) decided on 10.12.2018 and First Appeal No.1151 of 2008 and other connected matters (Nivrutti Hari Adagale Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) decided on 04.07.2017, it is prayed that this Appeal be also allowed in terms of the above judgments. The aforesaid preposition is not disputed by the Respondents. 2.

That being so, the present Appeal stands allowed and disposed of in terms of the referred judgments. 3.
