DATE : 28 FEBRUARY 2022 The Petition was filed for a direction to allow the Petitioner to use a scribe for writing the AIEEE 2010 entrance examination in view of the fact that the Petitioner is visually challenged.

Interim orders were passed and it is informed that the Petitioner has passed the examination and thereafter completed the course and is now currently serving. Nothing survives in this Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule is discharged. No costs.
