The matter was considered by this Court on 13.2.2015. On that day, as requested by Mr.S.P.Bhandarkar, learned Counsel, to enable him to obtain instructions, the matter came to be adjourned today. It appears that the roznama for the said date has not been recorded. At this stage, it is pointed out to the Court that some roznama has been recorded with date 12.12.2015 and after hearing, the matter is shown as adjourned to 16.2.2015 i.e. today.

Mr.S.P.Bhandarkar, learned Counsel, upon instructions, states that the dues payable to the respondents in review i.e. original petitioners shall be cleared within a period of six months.

Accordingly, we record and accept the statement of review applicants that they shall clear all the dues of the original petitioners within a period of six months from today i.e. by 16th August, 2015.
