Earlier, Mr. S.O.Ahmed, learned counsel had filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner, who has subsequently withdrawn the Vakalatnama and got discharged from the present matter.

Thereupon, the notice was issued to the petitioner to engage the lawyer of his choice. Despite the service of notice, the petitioner has not engaged another lawyer of his choice and, therefore, on 18th November, 2022, this Court has granted one more opportunity to the petitioner and adjourned the matter. 3.

Today, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner does not want to pursue the present writ petition. Accordingly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
