The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 5/2020 registered with Police Station Mangrul Dastagir, District Amravati for offence punishable under section 379 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 9, 15 of the Protection of Environment Act and under section 3 of the Damage to the Public Property Act read with section 4(1)(a), 21 of Minerals Development Rules, 1957.
