The present contempt petition arises out of a writ petition challenging the order passed by the School Tribunal on the petitioner's appeal. The petitioner's appeal challenged her termination by the respondent / management. The writ petition was allowed and the management was directed to reinstate the petitioner in the school. The present contempt petition has been taken out for non-compliance of that order. The respondent / management had, in the meantime, preferred a special leave petition, followed by a review petition. Since the proceedings have now been finally disposed of, by its letter dated 25th September, 2017 the

2 cp127.17 respondent / management has offered to reinstate the petitioner calling upon her to join the services, which the petitioner is ready to do. The contempt petition, accordingly, does not survive and the same is disposed of. Notice of contempt stands discharged. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
