By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the applications filed by the petitioners on 30.07.2013 and 06.06.2014 for permission to sell the land. Shri Bhagde, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the application made by the petitioners for permission to sell the land would be decided as early as possible and in any case within a period of three months.

By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.2, which would be binding on the respondent no.2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
