Civil Application (CAW) No. 779 of 2022 2.

While deciding Writ Petition 5547/2021 by judgment dated 5-1-2022, order impugned was set aside and the direction to substitute 25% of the amount allegedly due, was substituted by the direction to deposit 10% of the amount within two weeks.

The amount which is ordered to be deposited, is not deposited as yet. The learned counsel for the applicant - original petitioner undertakes that the amount shall be deposited within the next two weeks.

The applicant - original petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount within the next two weeks. If the amount is not deposited for any reason, whatsoever as directed by the judgment/order dated 5-1-2022, Writ Petition 5547/2021 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

No further application seeking extension of time or any other indulgence shall be entertained in the matter.

Civil application is disposed of.
