JUNE 28, 2017 By the present revision, the State is challenging the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Washim by which the court below refused the prayer of the prosecution seeking further custody remand of the present non applicant nos. 1 to 4. The order impugned shows that after perusal of the case diary, the learned Judge noticed that there is no effective progress of the investigation. Further, the learned A.P.P. makes a statement that by efflux of time, the revision has rendered infructuous as after completion of the investigation the prosecution has already filed the final report under Section 172 Cr.P.C. and regular bail is also granted in favour of non applicant nos.1 and 4. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present revision. The same is therefore dismissed. JUDGE kahale
