Heard both the sides. The Insurance Company has deposited Rs.25,000/- on 21/12/2018 and Rs.38,02,865/- on 18/02/2019.

This Court has dismissed the First Appeal filed by the Insurance Company and had added Rs.55,000/- towards the compensation. The Insurance Company consents for withdrawal of both the amounts for the reason that they owed both the amounts to the claimant. Hence the following order:

i) The office is directed to transfer those two amounts along with accrued interest to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

ii) The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati is directed to disburse both these amounts to claimant nos. 1 and 2 as per the directions given by the Claims Tribunal.
