Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

Perused the application. The appellants have prayed for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent. The appellant Nos. 2 to 4 have filed their affidavits and given consent that appellant No.1 may be permitted to withdraw the amount on their behalf. The office has raised objection about deficit court fees of Rs. 12,450/-. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the appellants, the appellant No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount for herself and on behalf of appellant Nos. 2 to 4.

The appellants are not required to pay Court Fees. Civil Application is allowed.
