The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent - Corporation has passed the resolution stating that the Corporation does not require the land of the petitioners. However, the Corporation has put a condition to withdraw the present writ petition so that the Corporation would not proceed with the matter against the petitioners, in the matter of notices of eviction. 3.

the learned counsel for the petitioners therefore, prays for withdrawal of the present petitions with liberty to approach this Court if such occasion arises. 4.

Accordingly, both the petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, in case, such occasion arises.
