Faced with the difficulty with regard to territorial jurisdiction of this Bench to entertain a petition wherein the entire cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of High Court of Judicature at Bombay at Goa, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

However, in order to enable the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available in law, though we have not granted stay to any of the proceedings initiated against the petitioner, we direct that for a period of three weeks from today, physical possession of the premises in which the petitioner is residing, shall not be taken away.
