In spite of being served with engagement of another Counsel, none appears for the petitioner.

The petition has been filed to take immediate action in respect of illegal cutting of trees at Mouza Satrapur, Taluka Ramtek, District Nagpur.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions states that an enquiry against the erring officers is already conducted and in case of some of the officers, penalty is already imposed. Copy of the communication is placed on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In that view of the matter, the petition has served its purpose. It is disposed of as such.
