Shukre, J Dated : May 3, 2017 Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application.

However, owing to certain difficulties experienced by learned counsel, he has some request to make. He submits that the applicant is not being produced by the Jail Authorities before the trial Court and it has resulted in not only delay in trial, but also denial of right of defence to the applicant as she has not been so far supplied copy of charge-sheet. He, therefore, submits that necessary direction be issued to the trial Court accordingly.

Leave to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for bail afresh in case there is change in circumstances, is granted. However, it is directed that the trial Court shall ensure production of the applicant before the Court on the date already fixed in the matter and meanwhile shall make arrangement for furnishing copy of charge-sheet to the applicant at Jail where she is presently detained.
