This is an application for relaxation of condition no.(iv) of order dated 23-11-2015 passed in Criminal Application No.817 of 2015 in Crime No.

199 of 2015, F.I.R. dated 18-06-2015 under Sections 376(2)(N), 417 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered with Police Station Paratwada filed by the learned Counsel for the applicant.

After perusal of the record and the reasons mentioned in the application, I find no substance in the application. Hence, Criminal Application (APPP) No.373 of 2016 is rejected.
