Matrimonial dispute between appellant/wife and respondent/husband was referred to mediation. The dispute is settled in mediation and a compromise deed dated 24.01.2025 is executed by the parties. As per the terms of compromise deed, appellant will get 30% pension from the pension of respondent/husband. After death of husband's mother, pension of wife will increase to 40% of pension of husband. In case of death of husband, before his mother, his mother would get 30% pension and wife would get 70% pension. It is also agreed that decree of divorce passed by the Family Court No.1, Nagpur in case No.A-1237/2016 will stand annulled and will be replaced by a decree as per the compromise. The order of Family Court, Nagpur in Petition 02/2012, by which wife was getting

2 940 FCA 17.21 maintenance @ Rs.10,000/- per month, will also stand annulled.

The compromise deed placed of record is marked as "X" for identification purpose. Wife has filed an affidavit confirming the settlement of dispute in mediation. 4.

Appellant-wife and respondent-husband both are present in the Court. They are identified by their respective counsel and they confirm amicable settlement of their dispute in mediation.

In the light of above, appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise deed. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
