There is immediate threat of dispossession to the petitioners with police aid at the behest of respondent No. 7 Trust in view of the various orders passed by revenue authority. 3.

Our attention is invited to pendency of revision under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the State Government in which the petitioners have claimed that he has sought interim relief.

As such, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to State Government to decide the revision of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.

Similarly, the stay application of the petitioners be decided within four weeks from today as the petitioners and the respondent No. 7 have undertaken to appear before the State Government on 27.3.2024.

Till the decision of the stay application, we direct the parties to maintain status quo.
