Since this Court found that the petitioner does not have a locus standi to file the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would take steps to file a public interest litigation in accordance with the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010.

The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. We have, however, not expressed any opinion in regard to the maintainability of the Public Interest Litigation and/or whether public interest is involved.
